FRANK PORRECA – MANAGING DIRECTOR : Frank completed a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics at the University of Canberra. He has over 20 years of construction experience, and is a current holder of the prestigious ‘A’ Class Builders Licence.  In his role with Benchmark Projects, Frank brings with him significant experience and expertise from his previous role as Director and Projects Manager for large local residential land developments and his current role as President of the Master Builders Association of the ACT.  Frank has developed a passion for quality and affordable urban construction with a focus on families.  He is a leader within the housing construction industry and is a strong advocate for ensuring the industry’s direction is in line with community needs.

NICK PORRECA – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER : Nick completed a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Accounting at the Australian National University.  Before joining Benchmark Projects, Nick enjoyed 4 years of experience working with local accounting firms in the area of auditing and tax compliance.  Nick is a current holder of a ‘B’ Class Builders Licence and has a strong passion for building.  With a focus on maintaining a high level of detail, Nick believes every house deserves a quality finish.  In addition, he enjoys fostering the relationship with clients throughout the construction process.
