Frank Porreca | Director
Frank completed a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics at the University of Canberra and holds an A-Class builder’s licence.
He founded Benchmark Projects in 2005 and has over 30 years of construction experience, including as director and project manager for large local residential land developments.
Frank is a leader within the industry and is the current President of the Master Builders Association of the ACT. He has a passion for construction and is a strong advocate for ensuring the industry’s direction aligns with community needs.
Frank is dedicated to quality and affordable urban construction with a focus on families.
Laura Porreca | Office Manager
Laura completed a Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Science at the Australian National University. After a varied career in the Australian public service, Laura now manages the Benchmark office.
From coordinating the finer details of each development to selecting finishes, Laura plays an integral role in bringing each project together.
Her focus on considered design, functionality and attention to detail helps ensure every Benchmark home is as practical as it is beautiful.
